The interior is designed in the spirit of modern elegance, built upon natural materials, soft lines, and carefully curated architectural details. The entire space forms a cohesive, harmonious environment where functionality and aesthetics complement each other seamlessly.
Living Area — open, bright, and perfectly balanced
From the moment you enter, the eye is drawn to the beautifully crafted herringbone flooring, which introduces rhythm and a timeless character to the interior. Large glazing brings in abundant natural light, allowing the wood and soft color palette to subtly shift throughout the day.
The living room is arranged in shades of grey and beige — a plush modular sofa serves as the centerpiece and invites relaxation. The opposite wall is an elegant composition of vertical slats, subtle LED lighting, and a minimalist TV cabinet, together creating a modern yet cozy backdrop.
Dining Area — light elegance with a warm touch
The dining zone is anchored by a large wooden table with an expressive grain, supported by a sculptural, modern base. Soft, velvety grey chairs introduce comfort and visual softness.
A vertical slatted partition subtly divides the space, creating gentle zoning while preserving the open character of the interior. Delicate brass accents in the pendant lighting add a refined, contemporary touch.
Kitchen — a fusion of functionality and natural textures
The kitchen is designed as an elegant yet highly practical part of the home. The island, finished with a textured stone surface, acts as a strong visual feature and an ideal spot for shared cooking and socializing.
Natural wood combined with matte black cabinetry gives the kitchen a modern yet timeless character. The upper cabinets are integrated with a wooden ceiling beam detail, resulting in a cohesive architectural structure.
Entrance Hall — elegance in its purest form
The entryway maintains a bright, minimalist aesthetic enhanced by large marble-effect floor tiles. Built-in wardrobes feature classic, understated detailing with subtle milling, adding refinement from the very first step inside. Black accents — in the bench and hardware — add contrast and sophistication.
